I am a level 4 Personal trainer and certified group trainer and have been working in the industry for the last 6 years.
Have always been into fitness and team sports. Played soccer with Passage for years and won some cup medals with them.
I then got introduced to weights and bodyweight training about 8 years ago which completely changed my outlook on training. Improving my strength and improving my clients strength and fitness became my number 1 goal which is why 12 months ago I decided to try out my first CrossFit class at Crossfit Return. I was immediately hooked. I am now part of the Crossfit Return coaching team. My goal is to continue upskilling and improving my own knowledge so I help ensure my clients and the CFR members continue to improve and reach their goals.
