I joined Crossfit Return 1 year ago and instantly became hooked! I love the variation in workouts, which are consistently challenging and intense but always enjoyable. My strength and fitness have increased greatly and I’ve found that the training has also improved my stamina in running.
Lucy, her team and my fellow members have created an atmosphere that’s welcoming, encouraging, supportive and fun. This has kept me coming back week after week. I wish I had discovered this world sooner and would recommend it to anyone wants to get fit and meet new people!
