I first heard about CFR through my sister who would not stop talking about Crossfit, CFR and how much she enjoyed it all. When I joined CFR there was loads to learn (and still is!) but the focus on technique and good movement patterns made the transition to more complex exercises such as Olympic lifting simple and fun. Even though I work a mixture of days and nights the broad schedule of class times across the week allows me to fit in workouts at a time that suits me. One of the highlights for me is that its a constant challenge and allows me to push myself in different ways that I would have never thought of before. Anyone interested in fitness, no matter what level should give it a try! 🙂
