Part A

Toes to Bar and Progressions

In 15 mins complete 5 Rounds:

– 10 T2B / T2IB / Leg Raises

– 15 Plate Sit-ups

– 30 sec Flutter Kicks
Use this time to practice your T2B and the progressions it takes to master this skill. Your coach will come around and go through these progressions with you.

Part B

Metcon (Time)

5 RFT: (20 min cap)

– Run to the gate and back (400m)

– 20 Box Jumps

– 15 Devils Press(15/10kg)
