WODIFY is our high end reservation system that allows members to reserve their space in class. It is also a fantastic digital training diary letting members record their weights and work out scores in order to track their progress and personal achievements. It is a must for every CrossFitter!
WOD – Workout of the Day
This is our daily CrossFit class, where all movements and exercises programmed and performed are constantly varied, very functional and have a level of intensity, athlete dependent. Each class is 1 hour.
The general format of each class starts with a group explanation and demonstration of the movements by the coaches. Everything is explained and scaled/ adapted when required.
We then focus on a dynamic group warm-up which leads into the strength and/or skills section of the class. Such movements can include squatting, pressing, deadlifting, Olympic lifting, body weight movements and practicing gymnastic movements.
The second half of the class is the conditioning par, the faster paced workout. It usually averages 15 minutes in length and is tailored to each athlete. This is when the magic happens!
At CrossFit Return we have two training programmes, one for our general athlete and one for our advanced, competitive athletes.
Open Gym – a 1 hour session for members to work on their weaknesses, practice skills or catch up on a lift or workout they missed. There is always a coach on hand to offer advice and help you reach a training goal you may have.
Mobility class – 30 minute session focused on improving your ability to move, with proper mechanics. In any type of exercise or sport no matter how fit or strong you are you will never reach your full potential unless you have proper range and mobility in your joints and muscles. We love mobile members!!
Mummy FIT – a class catering for post-partum mums looking to get back into fitness after the birth of their baby. Training with other mums is a great way to help you through your new life and routine. We look after simple strength movements, gentle core and mobility. Everything is adapted for the individual mum as no ones journey is the same. AND you can bring your baby so need to find a minder!!
Contract Terms & Conditions
All services purchased from LCM Balance Ltd t/a CrossFit Return must be preceded by the applicant acknowledging, by way of completing a waiver, that he/ she has no physical limitations preventing him or/ her from participation. All applicants under the age of 18 years must have written consent from a parent or guardian. The applicant also agrees to adhere to the rules and regulations of the gym and acknowledge that these rules and regulations might change from time to time. Furthermore, all applicants release LCM Balance Ltd t/a CrossFit Return, it’s owners, directors, managers, coaches and all employees of all liability regarding 1) any injury to self or child 2) any loss or damage to personal property. If purchasing packages that require payments to be made in installments, the applicant agrees to approve such payments or installments be made by debit or credit card on the dates as predetermined in the services contract.
Registration & Purchase:
To register or purchase from CrossFit Return online booking system Wodify, you must be over eighteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
A three day notice, through email, prior to your contract renewal is required for 3 or 6 month membership contract cancellations. Each contract must be seen out for its full term (3 or 6 month), no exceptions.
No refunds – we are here to get you results and these results cannot be achieved if you fail to attend classes on a consistent basis !
‘Contract on Hold’ Policy
A member on a 3 or 6 month contract can put their contract on hold (‘freeze’) if they are away for 2 weeks or longer and can hold for a maximum of 3 weeks. After the 3 week period the contract will be reinstated for the remainder of the contract term.
Privicy & Security Policy
Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorised coaches, employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. All emails and newsletters from our sites allow you to opt out of further mailings.
