A. Clean and Push Press Technique

B. 6 Rounds for time:

5 Hang Power Cleans

5 Front Squat

5 Push Press

Note:

a) The weight for the workout will be determined in part A.

b) These movements are the more technical movements in Crossfit so if you are new to the movements the key will be as always, form and technique not weight.
