2/1/13 – CrossFit Return Cork – Team Saturday

Congrats to all who took part in the Paleo Challenge the last month, fantastic results from everyone. You should all be very proud of yourselves. We couldn’t be happier with the effort you put in.

You have all come so far, trying new , different eating regimes and building new habits.  Just because our challenge is over doesn’t mean you should revet back to your old ways.  Stay focused, adpot an 80/20 rule, don’t deprive yourselves but remember everything in moderation.  Listen to your bodies..  We recommend you read this article from one of the Paleo gurus Chris Kresser, very real, true words!
