B. 16min Amrap – Partner Workout

Partner 1 will start with a Lane Run

At the same time Partner 2 – completes as many rounds as they can of

5 Deadlifts 100/70kg

7 Box Jumps 24/16

9 Situps

When Partner 1 completes the Lane Run they will swap with Partner 2 and continue from where Partner 2 stopped. Complete as many rounds as a team.

If you are confused, don’t worry it will make plenty of sense when you see it on the board.
