1/08/12 – Run then Pushup, Run then Skip

A. 3 Rounds

Each round is 3mins of work and 1min of rest

At the start of the 3mins:

Complete 3 Lane Runs as fast as possible

Then in the remaining time of the 3mins do as many pushups as possible

Then rest for 1min

On the completion for those 3 rounds rest for 3mins

Score will be the total number of pushups across the 3 rounds

THEN

3 Rounds:

Each round is 3mins of work and 1min of rest

At the start of the 3mins:

Complete 3 Lane Runs as fast as possible

Then in the remaining time of the 3mins do as many doubleunders/skips as possible

Then rest for 1min

Score will be the total number of doubleunders/skips across the 3 rounds

B. Farmers Walk Fun

*Please note in the event of rain (fingers crossed there will be none) there is an alternative workout so the rain can’t be used as an excusenot to train.

**Also if workout above seems slightly confusing don’t worry it will make plenty of sense when you rock up
